Dieselpunk Imperial Colonel with Walking Stick

Here my first prototype for a Dieselpunk Colonel costume.
I used an old East German Uniform and a NVA Gas Mask (I modified it removing the filter and other parts), with a pair steampunk goggles and some round glock symbols in the beret, belt and the walking stick. Now I'm thinking if paint the mask with black and white colours. Or include other items, like some medals for example. The Walking Stick include a saber inside and a dagger too.

WARNING: This is NOT a Nazi Uniform. I like GERMAN uniforms (and other uniforms too, like RUSSIAN for example). Imperial German uniforms (first world war) were really nice too. This is a DIESELPUNK costume. Consider it like an alternative history: german didn't won but didn't lost the first world war, so the Kaiser still remains and hitler never come.
